There will be two weekends for certification: February 14 – 16 and Feb 22 – 23, 2014.
Finally! The first certification weekend will take place at our Keil-Collection venue in Heidelberg on Feb 14 – 16. One week later, on Feb 22 – 23 there will be a second certification weekend which takes place at the Berlin Farb & Rausch Space Art Gallery.
More than 40 art collectors have already announced their interest. We would like to kindly ask you to contact us in order to get an appointment at one of the weekends mentioned above – also, we’ll send you a reminder via e-mail beforehand. For every collection, we will make sure to provide an according time range – depending on the amount of artwork you have. Peter Robert Keil will assess your collection and will certify the work that he identifies as his. Keil-Collection will assign a catalogue raisonné number to these pieces of art, their photographs will be taken and they will be registered in Peter Robert Keil’s catalogue raisonné (WVPRK).
Please note that we will have to charge you the expenses according to the amount of time, staff and material needed. In order to estimate your costs beforehand, please provide information about the size of your collection.
The catalogue raisonné will provide a shortlist containing the pieces of work that Peter Robert Keil identified as his own. This will be the first vital step in identifying the core of Peter Robert Keil’s work. As a result, the amount of paintings which truly have their origins in Peter Robert Keil’s work will be limited.
